Terms of Sale

We strive to serve our clients and give them the utmost in service as well as offering items from our large collection. We also want you as the buyer to be happy with your purchase and know what you are buying when the item is up for bidding. Because of our mixture of items offered many items are used and sold "As Is" with no returns or refunds so please read all descriptions completely - the only exception to the sold “As Is” policy being if we grossly misrepresent an item (example: we list a toaster and you receive a pair of sunglasses). If an item is damaged during transit please contact us and we will work to get the issue resolved. We invite you to ask questions so that all aspects of the item(s) offered for sale may be addressed. If we have tested an item we will say so along with the specific results of any testing we did. Please do not assume operational/running condition or display condition of any items - if in doubt ask before you purchase. Many items are simply checked to see if they power on - please ask if you are unsure of the item in any way - no one likes unpleasant surprises and we want to see that you know what you are considering purchasing before you place your order. Payment for all orders is due within 7 days. If you wish to pickup items you are purchasing please let us know at the time of the order (select Local Pickup) and call us to arrange a pickup appointment – payment for local pickup items must be by cash, USPS money order, cashier’s check, certified check, or personal or business check (all checks will be verified by Alpha & Omega Antiques, LLC staff prior to acceptance). If you do not agree with any of our written policies please do not place any order with Alpha & Omega Antiques, LLC as these terms are binding and you are required to abide by them in full if you place an order.
